Arrange a donation event

Why not get together with friends, or arrange a donation event in your work place to collect donations for your local Octavia Foundation charity shop?

All of the money raised from the sale of your donated items will go to support our vital community work with local people in central and west London. Our London charity shops rely on donations of high quality items to sell, so get together with friends, families and colleagues and donate items that you no longer need to our charity shops.

We will support you in organising your donation event and can supply you with:

  • An Octavia Foundation donation bin to place donations in
  • Octavia Foundation donation bags and Gift Aid declaration forms
  • Posters and flyers to promote your donation event
  • Copy and content for your company intranet or an internal email to promote the event
  • A short presentation to your friends and colleagues to demonstrate how your donations will make a difference

Providing that your donation event is within the local area, we will deliver and collect the donation bin (and your donated items!) at a time convenient to yourselves. If you would like to arrange or host a donation event, please get in touch using our contact form.
