Finchley Road Shop Reopens
We're delighted to share that the Octavia Foundation's Finchley Road charity shop has reopened after being closed for three months following significant water damage.
The flooding damaged stock and meant the shop had to close while repairs were carried out. Thanks to the hard work of the team and volunteers, the shop is now back open and ready to welcome customers once again.
More than a charity shop
The Octavia Foundation is Abri's charitable foundation. It works alongside residents and communities, helping people access support, build confidence, develop skills and create stronger community connections.
One of the ways the Foundation raises money for this work is through its network of charity shops across London.
Every donation, purchase and volunteer contribution helps support projects and services that benefit residents and communities.
Affordable, sustainable shopping
The Octavia Foundation shops are known for offering high-quality pre-loved clothing, accessories, books and household items at affordable prices.
Whether you're looking for everyday essentials, something unique or simply want to shop more sustainably, there are plenty of bargains to be found.
Thank you for your support
The closure of the Finchley Road shop was a challenging period for the team, so it's fantastic to see the doors open again and customers returning.
If you're in the area, why not pop in and take a look?
If you're not nearby, you can still support The Octavia Foundation by visiting one of its other charity shops items or volunteering your time.
Every bit of support helps the Foundation continue its work with residents and communities across the areas we serve.
