We provide a range of services to help Octavia tenants maximise their income and deal with debt. We run these services in partnership with the CAB

Welfare Benefits Advice project

We work with the CAB Central London in providing welfare benefits advice to Octavia tenants at our offices or at home.

Debt Advice project

We work with the CAB Central London in providing debt counselling to Octavia tenants who are in rent arrears or experiencing other forms of debt. This service helps Octavia tenants make affordable and sensible repayment arrangements. Referrals are made to this service through Income Officers at Octavia Housing.
