The Octavia Foundation is engaged in a diverse range of local projects and support for local people. We could not do this without the support of a growing number of organisations and individuals who continue to commit resources, including:

The Heritage Lottery Fund - have been very supportive of our heritage media projects involving local young people. Both Grove Roots and Hidden Herstories were part funded by them. Click on the links to find out more about these projects and how you can get involved.

NHS Westminster - have supported our volunteer befriending project in Westminster for several years during which time we have been able to provide a fully trained volunteer befriender to more than 35 vulnerable and isolated people living in Westminster. The Kensington & Chelsea Partnership - have supported our development work on a new credit union in the north of the royal borough of Kensington & Chelsea. This new project will hopefully open for business in 2011 and KCP's support has been instrumental in helping us achieve this.

Sainsbury's - the Foundation is charity of the year at both the Earls' Court and BromptonRoad branches. Their support has allowed us to deliver our annual Xmas party for elderly people living in north Kensington. Click on the link to find out more about our community events.
