The Octavia Foundation was set up by Octavia Housing, a housing association delivering affordable homes in central London.   

We operate in the central and west London boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham and Brent.  We deliver programmes that have a positive impact on communities and individuals.
